Are you a mandated reporter?  Are you familiar with Louisiana’s reporting guidelines?

Mandated reporters are legally obligated to report suspicions of abuse or face legal consequences. It is important to note that a reporter does not have to be certain abuse occurred to report – that is the job of the investigators.
