At the heart of our model is a coordinated, collaboration among the various entities tasked with investigating and responding to child abuse in our community. The multidisciplinary team (MDT) approach recognizes that no single agency can ensure the protection of children. This collaboration demonstrates our commitment to a shared responsibility and is strengthened by our bi-weekly meetings, in which we all come together to discuss and share information thereby providing for an effective, coordinated, time-sensitive approach.
